It's cold in Tassie. Although we have been having some lovely sunny days so I can't complain too much. I'm also on the count down to my next race..3 weeks and I'll be in South Korea for the ITU Asian Long Course Championships. From Korea I head to Pentiction, Canada and then race Vineman 70.3 and Lake Stevens 70.3. Training over the past week has been tough and I'm so glad work has quietened down so I can have some extra rest!
