I am an extremely experienced triathlete with a wealth of knowledge. I have been training for triathlon for over 17 years and have competed in Sprint, Olympic, Long Course and Ironman events around the world as a junior, age-group and  professional athlete. I know what it takes to get the best out of yourself.

I have a Bachelor of Education and juggled teaching with triathlon most of my career. I am an Accredited Triathlon Australia Level 2 Coach and I would love the opportunity to help you achieve your triathlon dreams.

I can offer programs tailored to your individual needs and goals. I pride myslef on creating a fully personalised and progressive program just for you! At the beginning of your program I will design an overview targeted towards your specific events, from there I can send you your program each month or all in one go. I guarantee regular personal contact to track your progress and will adjust your program when situations arise.

I can also help you coordinate your specialist sessions (eg Strength, Pilates, Club sessions) and club or team based sessions. I can offer advice on strength and conditioning, nutrition and hydration, recovery techniques, injury prevention and rehabilitation, goal setting, time management, event planning and equipment choices. I will help with your race analysis and performance reviews.
